Common questions
Do you carry insurance and provide a COI?
Yes — we're fully licensed and insured and will provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your property or management company on request.
Can you handle multiple properties under one contract?
Yes. Many of our commercial clients have us cover several locations under a single agreement and invoice.
How do you handle requests outside the scope?
Out-of-scope work is bid separately as a quick add-on. You approve in writing before any extra work happens — no surprise charges on your invoice.
