Seasonal Cleanup — Spring & Fall

Reset your Maryland property at the start and end of each growing season. Leaves removed, beds cut back, debris hauled — everything ready for what's next.

Seasonal Cleanup — Spring & Fall

Spring cleanup: wake the property up

Winter leaves behind matted leaves, broken twigs, dead perennial stalks, weed flushes, and salt damage along edges. A real spring cleanup removes all of it, exposes the soil to warm up, and prepares beds for mulching. Skip it and weed pressure compounds all season.

Fall cleanup: protect what's there

Leaves left on turf smother and kill grass through winter. Leaves left in beds rot perennials at the crown. We do a thorough leaf removal, cut back perennials, prune what should be pruned in fall, and haul everything off your property — not just blown into the woods.

Storm and one-time debris cleanups

Maryland weather doesn't always wait for the season. After a wind event or heavy storm, we can come out for one-time debris cleanup so you're not staring at it for weeks.

What's included

How it works

  1. 1

    Walk and quote

We assess scope (leaf volume, bed condition, debris) and quote a flat price.

  2. 2

    Scheduled visit

Most cleanups happen in late March–April or late October–early December depending on weather and leaf drop.

  3. 3

    Thorough crew work

Multiple crew members, blowers, mowers (when appropriate), and a truck to haul everything away.

  4. 4

    Property ready for what's next

Spring cleanups leave beds ready for mulch. Fall cleanups leave your lawn breathing for winter.

Common questions

When should I schedule fall cleanup?

After the bulk of the leaves are down — usually late October through early December in Maryland. Some properties get two passes if you have a lot of mature trees.

Do you haul leaves off-site?

Yes. Bagging and dumping into the woods is what other crews do. We haul leaves and debris off the property unless you specifically have a compost spot you want them in.

Can you do just bed cleanup, not the lawn?

Absolutely. We can scope a cleanup to just beds, just leaves, or full property — whatever you actually need.

Do you do salt-damaged edge repair?

Yes — we can rake, reseed, and top-dress damaged edges along driveways and walkways as part of a spring visit.
